The Seven Dreams band ( SD ) is a Pop Alternative band from Jember, East Java. The band was formed in 7 July 2004 by Yudho ( lead singer ), Aruna ( drummer ), Vega (keyboardist ), Amal ( first guitarist ), Hedex ( second guitarist ) and Veby (bassist ).
They give a different color in playing music by choosing a Pop Alternative as its genre. It is performed nicely by vocal, guitars, and drum plays that adapting the 80’s rock music. Those parts are mixed uniquely with soft and harmonize bass play, giving a plus toits modern music with delay and crunch effect. The Seven Dreams band plays their own songs which are expressing their own feelings. With simple, easy listening and qualified music, the Seven Dreams band will coloring the Indonesian music world.
Before forming as Seven Dreams band, the band members came from different bands. They met at Aruna’s music studio, and soon decided to form a new band. Yudho, Aruna, Vega, Amal, Hedex, Veby and gave a name The Seven Dreams band for their new band. The Seven Dreams means seven persons who have seven imaginations and dreams in performing music. Seven Dreams also the name for Aruna’s music studio, the place where they first met and practicing their music.
Before creating and playing their own music, the band used to play songs from famous bands. The band debut begun from some cities talent festivals. They performed local areas like Jember,Surabaya and other cities in East Java. Within two years, the band had won some music festivals and becoming popular in the local areas.
Since 2006, their star has been shining brighter. They are often becaming a guest star at music festivals and other talent shows such as Guest Star for Dreamfest 2006 and Guest Star for Indiefest 2006. In 2007, the band continued showing their talents in music. The band became an Opening Act band for Steven and Coconut trees’s show at Jember. In the same year, they won a Runner Up at Cardinal Award 2007.
The award becaming a support for the band to continue pursuing their music carreer. In 2008, they decided to move to Jakarta and continue their debut there. Before entering music recording, they became an Opening Act band for the D’massiv’s show jember. In the last few months, they pumped their energy to create ten songs for their own album.
After creating ten songs, they gave a demo album to some music producers. They met Nanang, a producer who supports Rebecca and Dewiq in their album creation. They have begun recording their album since a month ago. They are recording their album at “ Palu “ music studio that belongs to Pay. The Seven Dreams album will have ten songs. So far they have finished seven songs, those are;Terus mencoba, Mati rasa, Hentikan aku,Dan aku, Lelah, What you say and Tujuh mimpi, Yakinkan aku and ect. There are three more unrecorded songs that they have to finish by the end of December.
The album title will be Seven Dreams. Reza, the band manager said after finishing recording their album, they are going to have a tour to promote it. The tour are going to start at January 2009 in Jember. The city where they came from. The band will perform their songs at New Year Party. The album itself will be launched in April 2009. For the first target, they hope they can sell 5,000 CD albums. Soon, we will hear Seven Dreams songs in Pekalongan and Batang radio stations. Just listen and enjoy the different music color they have.

mulai anak2 SD still mbawain lagu orang ampe terakhir aq nonton pas nu year’s eve.
